3D printing in Noida.
Production-grade FDM printing in PETG, PLA and TPU, supplied to Noida from our own workshop about 20 km away in Ghaziabad. Delivery next working day, often same day for morning approvals.
Why Noida teams call us.
Noida is the closest serious manufacturing base to our floor, and the sector that dominates it — electronics assembly — is the one that consumes prototypes fastest. A board revision arrives every few weeks, and each one wants a housing, a jig or a bracket that did not exist at the last revision.
The pattern from Noida is iteration rather than volume. Sector 63 and 65 assemblers order test fixtures and pogo-pin jigs that have to match a board outline exactly, and they order them again when the outline moves. The Sector 62 startup belt orders enclosures in ones and twos, then fifties once the design settles. Both want the same thing: a shop close enough that a revision does not cost a week in transit.
Areas we serve.
Direct local run rather than courier — parts travel by road from Ghaziabad the same or next working day.
- Sector 63, 64 and 65
- Sector 58, 59 and 60
- Phase II — Sectors 80, 83 and 85
- NSEZ, Noida Phase II
- Sector 10 and 11 industrial blocks
- Sector 16A and 125 office belt
What Noida orders.
- Electronics and EMS — Contract assemblers needing enclosures, test jigs and pogo-pin fixtures between PCB revisions.
- Consumer appliances — Housings, bezels, knobs and internal brackets during the design freeze.
- Medical devices — Fit-and-feel models and handling mock-ups ahead of tooling.
- Hardware startups — The Sector 62–63 startup belt, where a design changes weekly and tooling is premature.
What comes off the machines.
For electronics and ems work — the largest single source of Noida enquiries, mostly out of Sector 63, 64 and 65 — that usually means contract assemblers needing enclosures, test jigs and pogo-pin fixtures between PCB revisions.
The underlying capability is the same wherever we ship: production-grade FDM on a 300 × 300 × 400 mm build volume, 0.1 – 0.3 mm layer heights, PETG for functional and end-use parts, PLA for appearance and fit models, TPU for anything that has to flex. Send a STEP file for preference, or an STL, or a dimensioned drawing — or bring the physical part if it is being copied.
- Functional parts and enclosures — printed to be used, not just looked at. See PETG printing.
- Jigs, fixtures and gauges — production tooling in days rather than tool-room weeks. See jigs and fixtures.
- Prototypes and design iterations — 24 to 72 hours a revision. See rapid prototyping.
- Low-volume production — 50 to 500 end-use parts without tooling. See low volume production.
- Flexible components — gaskets, seals and bumpers in TPU.

Common questions.
How quickly can you deliver 3D printed parts to Noida?
Next working day for most jobs, and same day is realistic if the file is approved in the morning. Noida is about 20 km from the workshop, so parts go by direct road run rather than through a courier network — which removes both the delay and the risk of a thin printed part being handled badly in transit.
Do you make test jigs and fixtures for PCB assembly?
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests from Sector 63 and 65. Send the board outline as a STEP file or a DXF with the connector and test-point positions, and we will print a fixture around it. When the board revision changes, the fixture is usually a same-week turnaround because the print preparation already exists.
Can you handle a Noida project from design through to production?
Yes — that is the reason to use a workshop rather than an online quoting platform. The same team does the CAD, prints the prototype, and then takes it into manufacturing, including moulded parts and PCB enclosures at volume. There is no handoff to a separate vendor between the prototype working and the production order shipping.
