    § 01 · Greater Noida

Why Greater Noida teams call us.

Greater Noida is where NCR's volume manufacturing actually happens, and volume manufacturing has a specific 3D printing need: not prototypes, but the tooling around production. Checking fixtures, assembly nests, gauges, line change parts — the aids that keep an existing line running and that are far too specific for anyone to stock.

Orders from Ecotech and Kasna tend to be dozens of the same fixture rather than one prototype, and they tend to be urgent for an unglamorous reason: a line is being changed over and the aids do not exist yet. The other steady request is bridge production — printed parts covering the gap while an injection tool is cut or repaired, which is exactly the 50-to-500 unit range where printing beats waiting.

    § 03 · Local industry

    What Greater Noida orders.

    • Automotive tier 1 and 2Assembly aids, checking fixtures and go/no-go gauges for component lines.
    • Mobile and electronics manufacturingThe Yamuna Expressway handset belt — assembly nests, trays and line change parts.
    • Plastics and mouldingPrinted masters and bridge parts while a tool is being cut or reworked.
    • Warehousing and logisticsCustom scanner mounts, label guides and material-handling brackets.
    § 04 · Capability

    What comes off the machines.

For automotive tier 1 and 2 work — the largest single source of Greater Noida enquiries, mostly out of Ecotech I to XII — that usually means assembly aids, checking fixtures and go/no-go gauges for component lines.

The underlying capability is the same wherever we ship: production-grade FDM on a 300 × 300 × 400 mm build volume, 0.1 – 0.3 mm layer heights, PETG for functional and end-use parts, PLA for appearance and fit models, TPU for anything that has to flex. Send a STEP file for preference, or an STL, or a dimensioned drawing — or bring the physical part if it is being copied.

    • Functional parts and enclosures — printed to be used, not just looked at. See PETG printing.
    • Jigs, fixtures and gauges — production tooling in days rather than tool-room weeks. See jigs and fixtures.
    • Prototypes and design iterations — 24 to 72 hours a revision. See rapid prototyping.
    • Low-volume production — 50 to 500 end-use parts without tooling. See low volume production.
    • Flexible components — gaskets, seals and bumpers in TPU.

    § 05 · Greater Noida questions

    Common questions.

Do you deliver to Ecotech and the Kasna industrial areas?

Yes. Greater Noida is roughly 40 km from the workshop and we deliver by road, normally next working day, covering Ecotech I to XII, Surajpur, Site IV and V at Kasna, Udyog Kendra and the YEIDA belt along the Yamuna Expressway.

Can you print checking fixtures and go/no-go gauges?

Yes, and printed PETG is well suited to it — a checking fixture is dimensionally simple but geometrically specific, which is the worst case for machining and the best case for printing. Send the component drawing with the dimensions being checked and the tolerance you need held, and we will tell you honestly whether printing holds it or whether the gauge should be machined.

We need parts to bridge a gap while our injection tool is being cut. Can you help?

That is one of the better uses of our shop, because we do both. Printed bridge parts cover the weeks while the tool is made, in the same material family where possible, and the same team can review the moulded design for manufacture while the bridge parts are running. Fifty to five hundred units is the range where this makes most economic sense.
